Zervixo is a service operated by SHENOVA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("SHENOVA", "Zervixo", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms form an agreement between you (and, where applicable, the company you represent) and SHENOVA LLC. By accessing or using Zervixo, including through email/password registration or third-party sign-in such as Google, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are creating an account on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
To use Zervixo, you must create a user account and, in most cases, a company workspace (Tenant). You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including any linked third-party sign-in method.
Access to paid features of Zervixo is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and available plans are described at the time of purchase or in your account's billing settings. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by applicable law.
You agree to use Zervixo only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Tenants' data or to the platform's infrastructure, interfere with the normal operation of the Service, or reverse-engineer the platform except as permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
All business records you or your company create in Zervixo, including invoices, inventory records, accounting entries, human resources data, and point-of-sale transactions, remain the property of your company. Zervixo processes this data solely to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including compliance with applicable tax and e-invoicing regulations in your jurisdiction.
Zervixo offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Zid, Salla, WhatsApp Business, and ZATCA. Your use of any third-party integration is also subject to that provider's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services connected to your account.
We aim to keep Zervixo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify Tenants of material changes that affect their use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zervixo and its operating entity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Zervixo shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Zervixo and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, and data retention will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the competent state or federal courts serving Wyoming, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where required, ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. Continued use of Zervixo after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
