Zervixo is operated by SHENOVA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("SHENOVA", "Zervixo", "we", "us", or "our"). SHENOVA LLC is responsible for this Privacy Policy and the personal information processed to operate the Zervixo service. We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and password when you register an account or a company workspace. When you create or join a company ("Tenant") on Zervixo, we also collect company details such as legal name, tax or commercial registration numbers, business address, and industry. If you sign in using a third-party provider such as Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from that provider, as described in the section on Third-Party Integrations below.
As part of using the platform, you and your team may enter or upload business records including customer and vendor contacts, invoices, purchase and sales orders, inventory and stock movements, accounting ledgers and financial reports, employee and payroll records, point-of-sale transactions, and other operational data ("Tenant Data"). Tenant Data belongs to the company that created it. Zervixo acts as a data processor for this information and does not use it for any purpose other than providing, maintaining, and improving the platform, except where required by law or expressly authorized by the Tenant.
Zervixo is a multi-tenant platform: each company operates within its own isolated Tenant workspace with a dedicated database context. Data belonging to one Tenant is not visible or accessible to another Tenant. Access within a Tenant is further controlled through user roles and permissions configured by that company's administrators. Our own staff only access Tenant Data when necessary for support, security investigations, or as required by law, and such access is logged.
We use the information we collect to operate and maintain your account and company workspace, process subscription billing, provide customer support, send service and security notifications, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations (including tax and e-invoicing regulations where applicable), and improve the reliability, security, and features of the platform. We do not sell personal information or Tenant Data to third parties.
Zervixo allows you to upload files such as invoices, receipts, contracts, employee documents, and product images. Uploaded files are stored in access-controlled storage, associated with your specific Tenant, and are not accessible to other Tenants. You are responsible for ensuring that any file you upload does not violate the rights of third parties and does not contain unlawful content.
Zervixo supports optional integrations that allow you to connect external services to your workspace, including Google Sign-In (for account authentication), Zid and Salla (for e-commerce order and product synchronization), WhatsApp Business (for customer messaging), and ZATCA (for Saudi e-invoicing compliance, including electronic signing and clearance of invoices). When you enable an integration, we exchange only the information necessary for that integration to function, and we store authentication credentials securely and separately from your regular account data. You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time from your account or company settings.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language and display preferences, and understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function correctly and cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use Zervixo. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, network isolation, regular backups, and monitoring for unauthorized access. While we work continuously to protect your information, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
We retain your account and Tenant Data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow reactivation, meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes. If you close your account or your company's subscription ends, you or your company administrator may request deletion of your account and Tenant Data, subject to any retention required by applicable law (for example, financial and tax records). Requests can be submitted through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information. Company administrators are responsible for managing the roles and permissions of users within their own Tenant and for ensuring that their use of the platform, including any customer or employee data they enter, complies with applicable law.
Zervixo is a business platform intended for use by companies and their authorized personnel. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18.
Depending on your company's configuration and the integrations you enable, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information consistently with this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of Zervixo after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the competent state or federal courts serving Wyoming, except where mandatory local consumer-protection or data-protection law provides otherwise.
